Refund policy
Returns/Exchanges
All sales are final.  Customers requesting an exchange on eligible “exchange only” items should notify TnT Fashions in writing at tntfashions2020@yahoo.com within 7 calendar days after your packaged has been delivered.
Customers contact info and order information should be included when notifying TNT Fashions.  You must state reason for return and the new item you’d like to exchange your previous item for.  If the value of the new item is more than previous item, customer responsible for difference.  If new item valued less than previous item, TNT Fashions will apply a credit for customer to use on new purchases.
If 7 calendar days have passed after receiving your delivered item and you have not notified TNT Fashions you will not be able to return your item or make an exchange. 
***Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email with the next steps to complete your request.
Bodysuits and undergarments are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Customer is responsible for returning fees.
Refunds (if applicable)
All sales are final.  No refunds are issued unless the error falls on TNT Fashions.  Items eligible for a refund, must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  You must notify TNT Fashions within 7 calendar days after your package has been delivered.  If 7 calendar days have passed, you will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
In cases where multiple orders have been made, but items can be shipped in one package, partial or full refund for shipping costs may be granted (if applicable).
If an item is on back order, TNT Fashions will contact the customer before refunding.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, please first check your bank account again or contact your bank directly.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
All sale items cannot be refunded and are final sale.
